735 Truman Highway, 42 new apartments, approved in Hyde Park
735 Truman Highway, the renovation of an existing nursing home located steps to Hyde Park’s Cleary Square and two commuter rail stations into 42 new apartments, was approved at last night (May 11th, 2017)’s Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) Board Meeting. The building can now proceed with construction, which is expected to commence this summer. 735 Truman Highway is anticipated to open in Spring 2018.
