$73M in Financing Secured for The Green District in Marlborough

Development has commenced on The Green District in Marlborough with an arrangement of $73,500,000 in financing from the Rockpoint Group. Plans call for a two-phase, 475-unit development project featuring development across 213,000,000 SF and 49 acres. The project was approved in January.
