740 Unit Mixed-Use Project to be Reviewed by Arlington County Board This Week
Snell Properties proposal for the development of 1820 N. Fort Myer Drive in Rossyln is up for review by the Arlington County Board this weekend. The project would include 740 residential units, approximately 10,146 square feet of retail, and 9,561 square feet of commercial office or retail flex space. The project would replace the existing Ames Center office building and be constructed around the existing Arlington Temple United Methodist Church and Sunoco gas station.
