75-Acre Site Acquired for Industrial Development in University Park
Clarius Partner's acquired a 74.96-acre vacant land site from a private investor in University Park. The purchase was brokered by Colliers, who is marketing the planned development that will see the construction of a 40 foot tall, 970,123 square foot cross-dock warehouse facility, that would include 475 trailer stalls and 162 docks. The warehouse would provide a highly efficient, accessible logistics hub for large distribution users.
