$75 Million Construction Loan Issued to 1M SF Woburn Site
Life Care Services Woburn has secured a construction loan valued at $75,825,160 for 20 Hill Street as construction begins on The Vale. A 107-acre site off I-93 in Woburn, The Vale will feature over 1 million square-feet of mixed-use development including 223 residential units and 400,000 SF of life science research space.
