75K SF Lease Signed at Under-Construction Kenmore Project
Gritstone Bio, Inc. - a California-based biotech company - has signed a lease for 75,000 SF at One Kenmore Square North, currently under construction in Fenway. Currently under construction, One beacon North will include 127,700 square feet of lab/R&D within the Beacon building which is expected to deliver in Q1 of 2022.
