$76M Building Permit App Filed for Bethesda Mixed-Use Tower
The development team behind The St. Elmo Apartments project has submitted permitting docs to the county, with an estimated project value of $76,380,987. Plans for the 21-story tower call for approximately 240 residential units along with 11,155-square feet of second-floor office space and 3,774 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The project will also include 4 levels of below-grade parking featuring around 230 spaces.
