$16M Building Permits Pulled for Phase 2 of Whittier Choice
Building permits valued at $15.961M have been pulled for Phase 2 of the Whittier Choice redevelopment. Permits call for the construction of two 3-story buildings, one to include 23 residences, the other with 29. The project will feature a total of 387 units, bringing a net increase of approximately 187 residential units to Whittier Choice.
