8-Story Residential Structure Proposed in Hollywood
Soleste Village South is currently under review for 2000 Van Buren St in Hollywood, FL. Developers plan to build an 8-story building with 203 residential units. The existing site will have to be demolished as vacant five single-family homes are currently sitting on the property. The project is expected to cost $34.6M and is scheduled to be completed in 2024.
