8-Unit Mixed-Use Building Proposed for South Boston
654-660 East Broadway Realty, LLC proposes to construct a mixed-use development containing eight residential units, a restaurant space, and commercial office space in South Boston.
The proposed project is a 4-story mixed-use building that will expand the ground floor restaurant space while retaining the Playwright Bar and Restaurant. The project will demolish the 3 existing structures to make way for a new, 4-story, 26,309 SF building with restaurant space on the first floor, approximately 6,169 SF of office space on the second floor, and 10,324 SF of residential space across 8 units on the 3rd an 4th floors.
The plans for demolishing the current buildings and the new proposal are currently under official review from the Boston Planning and Development Agency.
