80 Affordable Units & New After School Center Coming to Lawrence Riverfront
Earlier this year, Lawrence Community Works won approval for phase 2 of the sustainable, resilient, mixed-use community on an ex-industrial site on the Merrimack River. The project will include 80 units of affordable housing, along with community and recreational spaces. The development will also include a new SquashBusters afterschool center, designed by Stack + Co.
