80 Unit Affordable Mixed-Use Project Planned in Shaw
Manna & New Community Church have filed a map amendment to rezone sections of the 600 block of S Street NW in Shaw. Plans for the redevelopment of the site would include 80 affordable apartments along with 3-story office space for Manna. The new construction would wrap around the church on the site and The resulting development would wrap the church and include 25 parking spaces.
