800 Unit Mixed-Use Project Proposed in Everett
A 4 building, 800 unit mixed-use property has been proposed to replace the Stop & Shop at 1690 Revere Beach Parkway. The Grossman Companies acquired the property for $15.922 million in September 2018. The 6.9-acre site is located on the border of Everett and Chelsea with around 5.64 acres in Everett. The proposed project would consist of three buildings in Everett and one small retail building in Chelsea, with the tallest building at 11 stories. Plans call for around 800 units (a mix of studios, 1, and 2 bedrooms) with approximately 15,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space along with 906 parking spaces.
