800 Unit Project Planned in Wheaton
The development team of The Duffie Companies, Willco, and the Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County are planning a mixed-use project at the intersection of University Boulevard and Veirs Mill Road in Wheaton. Wheaton Gateway would include around 800 residential units with a 30% affordable target, plus around 50,000 square feet of retail. The first phase of the 3 phase project would include around 325 units with 25,000 square feet of retail.
