807 Maine Wins Zoning Commission Approval
The DC Zoning Board has voted to approve the proposed multifamily project at 807 Maine Ave. SW. The project would include 195 units including 15% IZ, of which 1% @ 50% MFI, 14% @ 60% MFI, and three 3-bedroom units. While the approval has been granted the ANC 6D has filed documents in opposition to the project stating "that all elements of their “conditional approval” for this case have not been met."
