$82.6M Construction Loan Secured for Columbia Multifamily Project
Howard Hughes Corp. has secured an $82.6M construction loan for the Marlow Apartments in Columbia, Md. The company officially broke ground on the 472 unit project last month. The Marlow will offer studio through 3 bedroom homes along with over 30,000 square feet of retail space. The JLL Capital Markets team represented the borrower in the transaction.
