82 condominiums proposed near Boston Landing in Brighton
Residences at Birmingham Condominium LLC proposes to construct a new six-story building at 70 Leo M. Birmingham Parkway in Brighton, a short walk from the Boston Landing development and commuter rail station, containing 82 condominium residences including 65 one-bedrooms and 17 two-bedrooms. Construction of the building would commence in the 2nd Quarter of 2018 and last approximately 18 months. The proponent has filed plans for the proposed building with the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA), who is now reviewing the project. 70 Leo M. Birmingham Parkway is located minutes from the newly-built 85-unit Telford 180 condominiums, which sold out prior to the building's completion.
