84K SF Redevelopment in Planning for Former Dorchester Bank
A letter of intent has been filed for a mixed-use redevelopment of the Dorchester Savings Bank off Columbia Road and Dudley Street in Dorchester. Plans call for an 84,767 SF redevelopment featuring 62 income-restricted units, 15,000 SF of civic, arts and below-market commercial space, and an art gallery space labeled "The Glow Box" along with 3,300 SF of basement space for a recording studio.
