$84M Building Permit Pulled for Building A at Allston Yards
With the start of the project officially announced last month, a permit valued at $84,806,000.00 has now been issued for building A within Allston Yards. The mixed-use building will include 165 apartments along with space for the new Stop & Shop grocery store. Construction of the 2nd phase of the project, a 350K SF office/lab building is expected to begin in Q3 of 2022.
