88 Unit Residential Project Approved in West Roxbury
The proposed 88 unit residential project on the 1.4-acre site along Gardner Street in West Roxbury has been approved by the BPDA. The project will include eighteen three-bedroom townhouses, each with its own deck area/open space, garage, and driveway parking; and a mid-rise seventy 70 unit apartment building.
