888 Boylston, a leader in sustainable building, opens in Back Bay
888 Boylston, an ultra-sustainable, LEED Platinum-spec new 425,000 square foot office building in the Back Bay, is now complete. Retail tenants Eataly, Tesla and Under Armour are open on the building’s ground floors. Office tenants Abry Partners and Bracebridge Capital have moved into 888 Boylston’s upper floors, and Accenture, Martingale Asset Management, SCS Financial and lead tenant Natixis Global Asset Management will open offices at 888 Boylston in the coming months.
