$8M Reno Permit Pulled for South Boston Warehouse
A permit valued at $8,050,000.00 has been pulled renovations to the existing warehouse at 4 Alger Street in South Boston. The work includes new tenant new offices and plus new fire protection, HVAC, and MEPs. Amazon is set to lease the 96,000 square foot facility and is expected to open by the end of this year.
