$9.4M Permit Pulled for South Boston R&D Project
State Electrical has pulled a permit valued at $9,418,000 for electrical work for the upcoming R&D project at 105 West First St. in South Boston. The seven-story building will feature 250,000 square feet of research and development space leased to CRISPR Therapeutics. Construction is expected to be complete in Q1 of 2022.
