$9.5M Plumbing Permit Pulled for One Congress
American Plumbing & Heating has pulled a permit valued at $ 9,524,522.00 for the plumbing work at One Congress. The upcoming 600-foot tower will feature 1 million square feet of office space along with 11,000 square feet of retail. Planned amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, secure bike room, conference centers, and rooftop.
