$9.8M Permit Pulled for Mattapan Mixed-Use Project
A permit valued at $9,812,900 has been pulled to kick off construction for Wellington at 1301 along Blue Hill Avenue. The project calls for the demo of the existing building at 1261-1299 Blue Hill Ave and the construction of a new roughly 44,000 square foot building. The development will feature 39 compact living units along with 3 ground floor commercial spaces.
