9 New Residential Units Coming to JP
Cedar Hill Design and Development has received permitting for 9 new residential units at 114 Brookside Ave in Jamaica Plain.
The 4.5-story building will feature 9 units: two 2-bedroom, 2 bathrooms, and seven 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom condos. The building will also have three creative workspaces, of which two will be offered to previous artist tenants via lottery at below market rate.
