9-Story Mixed-Use Project Tops Out in Rego Park
Developer and general contractor, , has topped out the concrete superstructure of a 9-story, mixed-use project, going up at 63-68 Austin Street (alternately addressed as 91-32 63rd Drive) in Rego Park, Queens.
The new development is set to contain rental apartments. While most of these are to be sold at market rate, approximately 19 units will be dedicated to affordable housing. Plans also call for of ground-floor retail space, and an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. Construction is expected to conclude by the winter of 2024.
