9-Story Residential Building Tops Out in Jamaica
General contractor, , has just topped out the 9-story superstructure of a mixed-use project, going up at 153-10 88th Avenue in Jamaica, Queens. Developed by , the completed building will offer apartment units, available in studio, one, and two-bedroom configurations. Approximately 30 percent of these will be reserved for affordable housing.
In addition to residential units, the structure will contain 6,269 square feet of community facility space, and an enclosed parking garage with enough room for vehicles. Plans also call for a fitness center, outdoor terraces, and rooftop solar panels. Designed by , the development will stand feet tall and total square feet. Construction is estimated to finish by September of 2023.
