90 Ocean Ave Secures $20.5 Million in Financing
Helge Capital has secured $20.5 million via Needham Bank for the project at 90 Ocean Ave in Revere, MA.
The multifamily project consists of the demolition of an existing building (formerly a Chinese food restaurant) and the construction of an approved 5 story 75 unit apartment building. Additionally, the construction of surface parking as well as parking under the building, utility connections, stormwater management system and incidental site work will occur.
