90 Unit Mixed-Use Project Planned for Howard University Site
Rock Creek Property Group has presented plans for the redevelopment of the Howard University site along Georgia Avenue NW, the former site of the Effingham Apartments. The five-story building would feature around 90 apartments and 40,000 square feet of commercial space. The commercial space would be used for Howard's Office of Alumni Affairs.
