900 Unit Mixed-Use Project Planned in Woodbridge
The IDI Group Companies and Boosalis Properties are planning a multi-phased, mixed-use development on the corner of Route 1 and Occoquan Road, directly across the street from the VRE/Amtrak Station. The project would include a variety of retail, restaurant tenants across 160,000 square feet along with around 900 apartments.
