$90M Construction Loan Secured for Former Everett Food Market
A Boston-based developer has secured a construction loan for $90,000,000 from U.S. Bank National Association for 34 Market Street in Everett. Plans for the former Boston Market Terminal include a new 221,800 square-foot last-mile distribution center for eCommerce use.
