917 West Fulton Approved By City Council
The Chicago City Council approved the 11-story 153-foot tall mixed-use development. The development will be joining the development-rich building boom of the Fulton Market neighborhood. It will provide 18,000 SF of ground-level retail and topped by 375,000 SF of office space. The initial plans of this building have been in the works since 2019 and are slated to begin soon and last around 18 months.
