92 Acre Boynton Beach Lot Under Contract Amidst Rezoning Effort
A 92.5 acre lot is currently under contract as the Palm Beach County Planning Commision considers a rezoning effort. Erickson Senior Living, the hopeful purchasers and developers of the property, are seeking an ammendment to the rules of the Agricultural Reserve district which would enable congregate living uses.
If the amendment is approved, the site could be developed into 1,191 senior living beds.
