$95M Shalimar At Boynton Beach Project In Design Phase
Developers are currently in the design phase for a mixed-use project on a 12.5-acre lot in Boynton Beach after recently having the project approved in July. Shalimar Boynton Beach will be a 250-unit rental apartment community consisting of 3 and 4-story buildings with 1st-floor garages, a 2-story clubhouse with a beach entry pool, and 8,000 square feet of inline retail space. Construction is scheduled to start in 2023. Stay tuned for more updates on this project.
