Plans are under review for a multifamily building in the Mt. Vernon Square neighborhood.
The plans call for 98 all-affordable units spread across 12 floors and a penthouse.
The building will feature "maker spaces" on the ground floor, which will include spaces for activities such as a shared kitchen.
The building also features bicycle parking on the ground floor, with space designed to allow for the charging of electric bicycles, as well as space to repair bicycles.
