99 Unit Mixed-Use Project Planned in Petworth
The Dance Loft on 14th and Heleos have presented plans for a 6-story mixed-use plan to replace the commercial buildings at 4618 14th Street NW which the partnership plans to purchase. The new building would feature 99 apartments, about two-thirds designated affordable, along with between 12,000 - 16,000 square feet of the space dedicated to performing arts. The building would also target net-zero energy performance.
