Exterior Work Continues for The Smith South End
The bricks are in place and the glass install is nearly complete as exterior work continues for the exciting new South End development on East Dedham Street.
When complete, the project will consist of four buildings totaling approximately 710,000 square feet. A total of 650 apartment residences and 80,000 square feet of office space will be constructed, in addition to 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.
