Rendering by Moody Nolan
The Zoning Committee has approved a residential development in Washington Park for a multi-generational housing project aimed at supporting grandparents raising dependents, independent seniors, and college students experiencing homelessness. The new building will stand 78 feet tall and feature 71 apartments, with layouts ranging from studios to three bedrooms. Plans also include a plaza with a playground, fitness and community rooms, social services for both children and seniors, and a parking lot with 24 spaces.
