Addition Proposed for Dorchester Multifamily
N6 Properties has proposed an addition to the multifamily property at 24 Mount Everett Street in Dorchester. Plans call for a 4-story addition to the existing 6 family building. The addition would include 16 additional residential rental units, to bring the total unit count of the combined structure to 22. The existing structure will undergo a renovation which includes moderate façade changes and construction to allow for basement bicycle parking, but otherwise, the exterior façades will remain as currently constructed in order to maintain street line context of the neighborhood.
