Additional Permits Pulled for Revamp of The Mills Building
Additional permits for concrete and steel installation have been pulled for the renovation of the Mills Building. The 52-year-old building is undergoing a renovation that includes the reconfiguration of the lobby, reinforcement of its structural columns and foundations, updates to the stair and elevator core, and facade update. New amenity spaces including a 1,900-square-foot penthouse lounge and a 3,600-square-foot landscaped terrace will also be created.
