Additional Renderings Revealed for Luxury North Shore Condo Development

Additional renderings have been revealed for a mixed-use luxury condo building in Wilmette, approved in October. The 6-story development will feature 128 residential units, 5,900 square feet of commercial space with a Starbucks and a range of amenities, including an indoor basketball and pickleball court, a sports lounge with a golf simulator, a fitness center with dedicated yoga and Pilates studios, and a large outdoor plaza.

Other outdoor features include a sky deck with a pool, spa, sauna, and fire pits, along with bocce courts and seating areas. The ground floor will offer retail and restaurant space, and the development will include a residents' club, over 9,000 square feet of open space, and a 6,275-square-foot outdoor plaza.

The condos are expected to have an average sale price of $1.33 million. The developer has also committed $3.8 million to affordable housing initiatives in the village, along with 25 public parking spaces and a new pedestrian crosswalk.
