Hope Point Tower Update 12/05/22

Additional Units Announced for Hope Point Tower

has announced changes for the approved Hope Point Tower in Providence, citing strong regional conditions and cost overruns. The planned 6-story parking podium has been reduced for 4-stories for an additional 2 floors of residential space. Plans call for up to 28 additional units in the tower.

First proposed in 2016 and approved in 2021, plans call for a 46-story tower. At 550 feet, the building will be the tallest in New England outside of Boston.
