Additional Units Approved for Dorchester Multifamily
A notice of project change has been approved for the 734 Dudley Street project in Dorchester. Originally approved in 2019, the NPC calls for an additional floor with 5 more residential units. Now, 734 Dudley Street will feature 25 units across 6 floors with nearly 3,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
