Advisors Living Expands - 15 New Agents Join Residential Brokerage

Focus on Team Culture, Empowerment in Greater Boston Home Sales

Advisors Living, the rapidly growing residential real estate brokerage for Greater Boston, has added 15 new sales agents to its team of professionals since the end of summer, Advisors Living President Merit McIntyre said today.

The new sales professionals, based in an expanding number of offices throughout the region, add talent and experience to a company increasingly represented in downtown Boston, neighborhoods and suburbs. Advisors Living has added 30 new residential agents since the beginning of 2021 and continues to grow.

“An excellent company is built with excellent people,” said Merit McIntyre, President of Advisors Living. “We are honored have affiliated some of the most talented agents in Greater Boston."

Advisors Living last month announced the opening of a new brokerage in Canton, MA, joining its office in the Back Bay, and other new offices are pending this year.

“We are proud to announce another step in the significant growth of Advisors Living with this new roster of talent that joins our experienced team,” said Jason Weissman, Founder and Senior Partner of Boston Realty Advisors. “We are offering the best service in the area to buyers and sellers of homes and unexcelled support to all our agents.

As Vice President and Managing Broker at Coldwell Banker Realty, Tsantes oversaw multiple offices, and she ranks in metrics as one of the top nationwide and worldwide brokers.

Merit McIntyre joined Advisors Living as President in April 2021 and was President at Coldwell Banker Realty of New England and led Coldwell Banker Commerical for the Northeast as well as his own coaching and commercial real estate firms.

Bill McIntyre, no relation to Merit, in September became Chief Financial Officer at Advisors Living and Boston Realty Advisors, the commercial real estate counterpart to Advisors Living and the largest Boston-based independent commercial real estate and consulting company. He previously served for 16 years as Regional Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Northeast Region of Coldwell Banker.
