Advisors Living Opens Residential Sales Office in Cape Elizabeth

Advisors Living, the residential sales platform of Boston Realty Advisors, is opening a new sales office in Cape Elizabeth, Maine, to serve residential buyers and sellers in Southern Maine, including the Greater Portland region from York along the coast north to midcoast Maine and inland to the eastern White Mountains.

The Cape Elizabeth office is the latest of an increasing number of Advisors Living brokerages offices opening up in the Greater Boston area and beyond. At least two others will open in the near future.

“We are beyond excited to be opening up a new residential real estate office here to be under the Advisors Living name,” said Merit McIntyre, Chief Executive Officer of Advisors Living. “Southern Maine along the coast and inland is a wonderful place to live, with beaches, state parks, and the great city of Portland, one of the top places to live with its restaurants and museums and more.”

The newly renovated office is at 295 Ocean House Rd. in Cape Elizabeth, one of the most desirable neighborhoods of the Portland area. 

A real estate office in Cape Elizabeth serving this area had closed, and the Advisors Living opening will bring back experienced agents to the area to advise clients who are buying or selling homes or contemplating it.

A dozen agents familiar with the Southern Maine market will be working from the new Advisors Living office immediately, with several more joining in the near future. Many have worked together before.

“Cape Elizabeth is an affluent bedroom community of Portland with high-end homes,” McIntyre said. “Our clients will benefit from that kind of luxury market and the advice we can offer them with our local knowledge.”

Cape Elizabeth is a community of about 9,500 residents. Portland has a population of about 67,000.

Advisors Living has added more than 100 professional agents to its team in the last 18 months. The new sales professionals are based in an expanding number of offices throughout the region and add talent and experience to a company increasingly represented in downtown Boston, neighborhoods, suburbs and the region. 

Advisors Living last week opening an office in Newton and in the spring opened a new office in Weston, servicing not only that town but also Wayland, Lincoln, Concord and other communities. 

Advisors Living also recently celebrated the dual grand opening of the Advisors Living residential sales office in Wellesley and the opening of the sales gallery for Terrazza, Wellesley’s new luxury condominium residences that will be ready for occupancy in Spring 2023.

Advisors Living has also opened new offices in Canton, Andover and Gloucester in the last year.
