Advisors Living Sells All Luxury Townhomes at 21 Crowninshield Rd.
Advisors Living, the residential sales platform associated with Boston Realty Advisors, the largest independent real estate brokerage based in Boston, has successfully sold out 21 Crowninshield Rd. in Brookline, an eight-unit luxury new construction townhome development.
Dave Costello, Managing Director of Advisors Living, said the last of the 3-bedroom-plus-study, 3½-bath townhomes closed yesterday. Costello is a member, with Scott Accorsini, of the Costello Accorsini Team of Advisors Living.
“Congratulations to our developer, John Basile and Company, on the successful sell-out of 21 Crowninshield Road,” said Costello. “These exceptionally built townhomes sold for an average of $2,000,000, or $1,050 per square foot – which is a high-water mark for the Brookline market.
The 21 Crowninshield Rd. residences are a short block from Commonwealth Avenue, Boston University and the Green Line.
