Affordable Housing Community in South Tampa Set to Start Leasing
Leasing is expected to start in November 2024 at Casa Bel Mar, new affordable housing community in South Tampa. Construction is progressing, the exterior is nearly finished and crews are working on the interior. The four-story building will provide 100 one and two-bedroom affordable housing apartments ranging from 611 to 1,074 square feet along with 100 parking spaces. Amenities include a clubroom and fitness center. The existing building on the site was demolished.
