Affordable Housing Lottery Kicks Off for 1760 Grand Avenue
NYC Housing Connect has started an affordable housing lottery encompassing 5 units within a 7-story, residential development, located at 1760 Grand Avenue in the Morris Heights neighborhood of the Bronx. Eligible applicants must earn between $73,920 to $187,330 annually, or sit at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI). Applications will be accepted either online or by mail until May 19, 2023.
