Affordable Housing Lottery Kicks Off for 200 Montague Street
NYC Housing Connect has started an affordable housing lottery encompassing 38 units within a 20-story, mixed-use development, at 200 Montague Street in the Borough Hall Skyscraper Historic District of Brooklyn Heights. Eligible applicants must earn between $54,960 and $215,150 annually, or sit within 80 to 130 percent of the area median income (AMI). Applications will be accepted either online or by mail until April 3, 2023.
Developed by , the building will contain rental apartments, available in one, two, and three-bedroom configurations. It will also feature square feet of retail space. Tenant amenities are to include a fitness center with a yoga and dance studio, a dog washing station, a children’s playroom, a bicycle storage area, and a rooftop terrace.
Designed by , 200 Montague Street will stand feet tall and total square feet. Construction is being carried out by general contractor, , and work is expected to finish this spring.
